I had always heard good stuff about them in the past. Sadly they did not even come close to living up to their old reputation. I have a Mazda 3, which they claim to be able to work on. I had my check engine light on, a rough idle, and an oil leak. Right off the bat, I was given an appointment for a Friday, they did not get to it until the following Monday. They could not get their computer to sync to get the error codes...so they started guessing at fixes. They gave it back claiming to have fixed my issues. Within an hour of leaving, the check engine light came back on. Also discovered my oil was still leaking and my idle was as rough as it was before I dropped it off. Wasted time and money. I ended up fixing the rough idle problem myself after doing some research and am still looking for a competent repair center to work on my other issues. Bottom line, I certainly would never take a mazda back to them.
