I can't vouch for rude, but they are WAY overpriced, I used them once on my wifes honda accord and their estimate was like 1000 dollars to fix a radiator, I went and got the part and put it in myself for about 150 dollars. In my opinion I would look around, or be sure I got something in writing from these people so you know exactly what you are getting.

I would rate St. Matthews Imports 0/5 stars if I could. They were rude, overpriced, and unprofessional. They charged me $200 for an estimate that was on top of the $1000 it would take to fix my car! When I complained about the estimate cost, I was told that I had been informed and that I was obviously in a hurry when I dropped the car off so it was my fault! What happened to he customer is always right. I had 2 workers telling me what I had done wrong! I took my car to the Volksdoktor and was treated great! And got my car fixed in one afternoon for less that $500!
